QA Automation (H/F)

Rejoignez l’équipe QA de la plateforme client pour tester et valider les différents fonctionnalités des outils qui orchestrent les commandes de nos clients.
Dans un environnement Agile, vous aurez notamment pour objectif d’automatisé au maximum les scenarii pour que le produit soit plus rapide et plus efficaces.
Vos missions principales :
Vous travaillerez dans un environnement focalisé sur l’excellence du Delivery (Agile, BDD, DevOps).
Vous serez amené à :
* Analyser les exigences utilisateurs et les spécifications
* Mettre en place les campagnes de validation
* Développer des scripts de tests
* Automatiser et Exécuter les tests de validation
* Gérer les anomalies : Détection, analyse, traçabilité
* Rédiger les rapports de validation à la fin de chaque campagne de tests
* Proposer et mettre en uvre les actions qualité (préventives ou correctives)
* Mettre à jour les référentiels de tests
* Proposer des solutions pour maintenir une couverture de tests optimale et pérenne

Votre expérience:

* Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en informatique (de Bac+3 à Bac +5).
* Vous avez eu une expérience de minimum 2 ans en automatisation de tests au sein d’un département SI.
* Vous maîtrisez également les méthodes, normes et outils de test.
* Vous possédez une expérience solide sur des outils de tests tels que Robot Framework, Cucumber, Jenkins (CI/CD), SoapUI, HP QC et/ou XRAY for JIRA.
* Vous maîtrisez les langages tels que Java/JEE, Python, JSP, AJAX ou C#.
* Vous avez également travaillé dans un environnement projet Agile (Scrum, cycles courts) à forts enjeux business.
* Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre sens de la collaboration, votre sens de l’analyse et de l’investigation de problèmes, votre capacité d’anticipation et votre force de proposition.
* Vous êtes certifié ISTQB.
* Une expérience autour des solutions d’API Management, Selenium, Groovy, Framework Karaté et l’anglais seraient un plus.

Motius is a research and development company with a unique organizational structure: we combine a solid core team (approximately 60 employees) with an interdisciplinary tech community (approximately 800 members) of software developers, engineers, designers and electrical engineers to build products and prototypes the latest technology areas (including App/Web, A.I., Blockchain, AR / VR and much more). 

As Senior Fullstack Engineer (JavaScript) you’re part of our Software Cluster (~15 fulltime engineers + the community) and join our diverse R&D projects (each ~3-9 months duration) in small and agile teams as Lead Engineer. You mostly work from our headquarters in Munich and only visit the customers office for sprint reviews or worksessions. 

In this role, you’ll not only build exciting and complex web applications, but also will help our cluster and the company to become a better software company constantly, e.g. by creating reusable components and assets or by coaching and mentoring younger engineers during their career development.

Motius has a decentralized structure in which promotions, performance evaluation, and personal development happen in half-yearly peer reviews with your colleagues and so called committees that consist of experienced engineers.

YOUR ROLE

• Joining 3-9 months long R&D projects in engineering teams of 2-5 people as Lead Engineer
• Mostly working with the team in the HQ in Munich – we don’t do customer-on-site consulting
• Building complex web applications, apps, and other software
• Following a two-weekly Scrum process using GitLab, Slack, Kanban, Continous Integration & Delivery, etc.
• Mentoring and coaching younger engineers, making sure we build high quality products
• Constantly improving our Software cluster by introducing new tools, technologies and frameworks

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science or in similar disciplines; Master’s degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in software development; agile experience is a plus
• Strong experience with JavaScript; Modern frameworks (React, Node, Vue) are a plus
• Experience with other languages & frameworks are a plus, e.g. Python, Django, Flask, Kotlin
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Distinct customer focus and quality mindset
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
• Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)

Despite the Global Economy downturn, the Blockchain development thrives! As our Hong Kong business taking up a strategic position, while working hand in hand with the others in the Product team, you will be driving the revolutionary changes on the design/ redesign of the product roadmap!

**How the daily work looks like:**

– Responsible for the design of core product modules, including KYC system/assets system/user center/order system and so on. Define and deliver product roadmap.
– Responsible for data statistics and analysis of core product modules, especially conversion rate. Continuously improve core data metrics of products.
– Follow up the whole process of project, collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specification, drive global product launches and lead beta programs.
– Plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the market based on global vision and user experience.
– Competitor analysis and market research, staying informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.

**Ideal candidate must have:**

– Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of product manager experience with consumer-facing products and growth.
– Have an eye for good design and user experience.
– Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching product for global markets.
– Good communication, High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work hard in a collaborative team.
– Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
– Willing to travel from time to time, mainly to Beijing
– Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
