Objectives of this Role

• Establish and manage relationships with blockchain partners end-to-end: initial contact, pre-integration qualification, prioritization, and post-integration expansion
• Collaborate with the blockchain partner to ensure win-win outcomes, balancing the partner’s needs and Chainlink’s offerings and services 
• Work closely with blockchain partners providers to expand partnerships as a source of leads for joint user growth
• Engage with internal teams (including developer relations, marketing, legal, etc.) to drive partnership growth and act as a point of escalation if issues arise 

Skills & Qualifications

• Based in APAC 
• 5+ years of partnerships/alliances or account management/sales/business development experience, preferably in technology businesses
• High EQ and demonstrated experience engaging with and expanding business partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin
• Excellent presentation abilities and composure in presenting to all levels of technical and business audiences
• Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, and high intensity 
• A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
• Passion for the blockchain space and understanding of the ecosystem

Job Description

1. Design ground-breaking software products with an eye toward compliance.
2. The subject-matter expert (SME) for the Blockchain applications including a knowledge of the top partners that make up our Blockchain segment globally.
3. Own the execution of the strategic plan for each market segment, which includes aligning with partner development managers who manage our top technology and consulting partners focused on Blockchain, maximizing influenced revenue driven with and through partners
4. Working with partner development managers, build C-level relationships with our top partners and generate interest in new programs focused on Dev Ops/Tools
5. Represent the partner strategy for Blockchain to our internal and external stakeholders including the sales teams as well as media coverage and industry events focused on the Blockchain segment

As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for all Blockchain related tasks from platform integration to smart contracts in addition to general development and bug fixes. You will implement all smart contracts for the platform, do auditing and recommend best practices on how to best utilise Blockchain within the NuNet platform.

Your duties will include:

• Fully understanding the goal of NuNet and contributing to the technical design of

Blockchain integration

• Working on general bug fixes and development gaps
• Implementing secure smart contracts on best known smart contract languages
• Mastering new blockchain frameworks and smart contract languages;
• Making sure the tokenomics of the platform is sound
• Evaluating side chains and other Blockchains and recommending suitable solutions
• Handling transition to a different Blockchain such as Cardano
• Monitoring the Crypto scene and recommending best practices in launch, trading and

transactions

• Assisting other developers with implementation of specific tasks and testing
