A key objective of this role is to establish Headquarters as a thought leader in the industry and support inbound marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and edit engaging blog posts, social media, content, and marketing materials.
    • Strategise and own the content plan and calendar across all mediums.
    • Conduct research on industry-related topics to support content creation.
    • Drive our SEO and performance marketing efforts.
    • Assist in both long-form and short-form content generation, across internal mediums such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our company website.
    • Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
    • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on content initiatives.

Requirements

    • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Content or SEO/Performance Marketing. 
    • Industry knowledge/experience in FinTech or Web3 industry is strongly preferred.
    • Understanding of SEO best practices.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Understanding of the blockchain, Web3, or FinOps industry is a bonus.

    • Use data to identify the constraint in token growth loops, partnering with Growth Marketing on funnel optimisation 
    • Build easy to follow models with multiple input and output variables
    • Draw meaningful insights from the analysis results and effectively communicating them to stakeholders or decision-makers. This involves translating technical findings into actionable insights and presenting them in a clear and understandable manner
    • Develop strategies to allocate tokens to grow and retain users
    • Conduct customer research to understand user behaviour

We would love you to have:

    • Degree qualified in Quantitative field (Math, Stats, Physics, Comp Science, Actuarial etc)
    • Example of running a process or program that resulted in significant business impact
    • Strong understanding of correlation vs causation, AB testing design & evaluation, basic ML approaches (e.g. linear regression)
    • SQL skills: You will frequently use SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
    • Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation: You have a talent for presenting complex data in a way that is easy to understand and provides valuable insights
    • Prior experience in data science or a closely related field and working on data-driven projects, preferably in a product, platform, or marketing-led company

    • 3+ years as a client-facing solutions architect, sales engineer, integrations engineer or strongly analogous role in an API-based SaaS company. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Mandarin (Native / Bilingual Proficiency) and in English (Full Professional Proficiency)
    • Strong personal interest and investment into the gaming industry or Web3 Gaming
    • Strong capability in communicating technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective
    • Experience designing solutions for business customers of an API-based product before (technical architecture/solutions architecture)
    • Experience in taking an end-end business process and designing the appropriate API integrations for desired business value outcomes
    • The ability to deeply persuade potential customers can come in many forms: authoritative and trustworthy

About the Opportunity

In this role you will be the first person in the local HR team. You wil be responsible for building out the HR framework as well as the relevant local HR processes and policies. You will be involved in the day to day operations of the local HR function such as the preparation of documents and ensuring that all employee benefits are provided. As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting the business in achieving its goals. You’ll be asked to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the service provided by HR and implement meaningful changes. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to shape the office's people-related practices and build the team culture.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be accountable for all HR operations, including payroll, superannuation, HR-related vendor management, and on-off boarding 
  • Oversee the performance review process, including setting performance goals, providing training and support to managers, and developing performance improvement plans when necessary
  • Collaborate with key parties and legal counsel to review, update, and create legally compliant employment documents, including employment contracts, consulting service agreements, and other employment-related templates.
  • Ensure accurate HR records and data integrity in HR systems through regular reviews and audits of employee information and HR processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local employment law.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Assist with local talent sourcing and recruitment. 
  • Participate in special projects on a local and global basis as required
