Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of blockchain core experts
    • Improve (suggest and implement) the speed of the BDN (Blockchain Distribution Network) based on the blockchain protocol, network and consensus model
    • Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network
    • Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap

Requirements

    • 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineer which are experts in their field
    • At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
    • 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general
    • 2+ years experience in Blockchain propagation, consensus (one of the following networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana)
    • Expertise using Go language

The Receiving Lead reports to the Omni Store Manager and is responsible for leading all backroom functions including receiving, processing, sorting and stocking all deliveries.   • Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence and capabilities. Participate in due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with various teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and human resources. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Communication: Present business updates, strategic plans, and performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors. Deliver clear and concise communication to stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Your Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Prior experience working with a top-tier consulting firm is strongly preferred.
  • In-house experience within a high-growth tech company or a fast-paced, innovative environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic planning initiatives and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $285,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands.  The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
