About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our social media team and foster meaningful connections with our online audiences. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, the Community Manager will play a key role in engaging with our agency’s and clients’ social media communities, responding to comments and messages, and building positive relationships with followers and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and a proactive approach to community management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement:

  • Community Growth Strategies:
    • Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies to grow and diversify our agency’s and clients’ social media communities.
    • Implement engagement initiatives and community-building activities to attract new followers and increase engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and respond to community needs effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and providing personalized visitor experiences. Responsibilities

    • Provide personalized guest service, understand visitors' interests and supply tailored answers to questions, including information about Marfa area recommendations, sites and events
    • Speak confidently to visitors about the current exhibitions, the artists and their art
    • Engage visitors on the basics of generative art, blockchain, minting, and other relevant topics, promoting understanding and appreciation of Art Blocks and on-chain art
    • Perform routine updates on screens and digital displays used within the gallery

Responsibilities

    • Review proposed customer onboarding data and evaluate adherence to local regulatory requirements 
    • Periodically assess and monitor customer behavior and propose remediation actions 
    • Prepare and maintain risk based documentation (high risk countries, onboarding document requirements, …) in accordance with up to date local regulatory requirements and best practices 
    • Support Head of Risk and Compliance and MLRO in daily tasks, including, but not limited to replies to competent authorities, preparation of presentations, etc 
    • Represent UAB Bifinity on Group level within the scope of expertise and responsibilities 
    • Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs, including advising relevant stakeholders on next steps 
    • Maintain internal logs and ensure all escalations to the team are promptly reviewed and resolved 
    • Partner with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen quality of AML/CTF framework
    • Participate in internal and external programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements 
    • Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company 

Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, investigations (KYB on corporates, offshore and complex structures would be deemed an advantage) 
    • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards 
    • Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills 
    • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written

    • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
    • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
    • Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
    • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
