As a Member of Client Operations, Custody you are responsible for delivering unparalleled white glove service to our institutional clients throughout their ongoing account management activities. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent operations review experience and providing attentive care to our clients by responding to their inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner and managing their transactions in a risk conscious way. You will become intimately familiar with the operations of our clients and their use of our platform and will anticipate their needs and serve as an advocate for them internally. As a Member of Client Operations, Custody you will:

• Service institutional clients by addressing daily inquiries, managing operational tasks, handling client onboardings, product support, transaction approvals, settlements, and reconciliations for all of Anchorage Digital's business lines.
• Become an expert in all of our product and service offerings, developing a deep understanding of product features, trading operations, and supported cryptocurrencies.
• Collaborate across Compliance, Brokerage, Sales, and Legal teams to respond to complex client requests and ensure any additional requests for information are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Serve as the internal advocate for our clients to our Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Trading teams.
• Participate in building complex, multi-product client workflows to ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
• Support Brokerage operations through client statement preparation, funds movement (trade settlement), internal account management, and beyond.
• Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations.

You may be a fit for this role if:

• You have experience supporting institutional clients in financial services, or another heavily regulated industry.
• You have a good understanding of how institutional clients, such as VCs, Sovereign Wealth Funds, or PEs operate.
• You are familiar with traditional financial services, products and strategies and are able to provide thoughtful support to your clients.
• You have experience with different channels of support including chat, text, telephone, email and video conference. 
• You have confidence and composure interfacing with clients in any setting.
• You have foundational knowledge on the following subjects: blockchain, crypto-economics, security engineering.

Compensation at Anchorage Digital:

• Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package. 
• Compensation Range: $62,000 – $76,000/yr – this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required. We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks. For sales and business development roles, the range provided is the On Target Earnings (“OTE”) which is inclusive of base salary + sales commissions/bonuses targets for the position.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Growth Business Lead to join the company’s team. The ideal person for this role is someone who has a passion for “moving the needle” by driving pipeline generation. This role will primarily create end-to-end offline and online programs to drive engagement and deepen relationships against the company’s ideal customer profile group and target account list.

In your first 30 days, you will assess Protocol Labs’ client growth enterprise marketing efforts and learn about Filecoin network cloud storage and competitive landscape, and acclimate yourself with the Filecoin buyer. During this time, you will also engage with the rest of the client growth team and define the needs and roles of a successful account-based sales and marketing program.

In the next 60 days, you will assume responsibility for qualification and development of inbound marketing leads from Lead, to MQL, to SQL and develop your first account-based marketing and nurture campaigns.

After 3 months, you will be fully engaged with the company’s account-based marketing programs and own the planning and execution with help from the company’s marketing, client growth and storage provider teams. While you will continue to deepen your understanding of the Filecoin network and ecosystem, you will be setting and implementing priorities in coordination with the greater growth marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new client business growth from pipeline generation to initial outreach to first meeting to qualification to decision maker buy-in

• Generate and maintain a list of target accounts that meet the company’s ideal customer profile

• Analyze, qualify, and nurture inbound leads generated from marketing programs

• Pitch the Filecoin benefits and use cases to clients, and partner with the product team in client growth to understand client requirements

• Work closely with the client growth team to provide feedback and learnings from clients to inform proposition, positioning, and product

• Experience selling cloud storage technologies into higher education, researchers or public data sets a big plus

• Experience building targeted account & whitespace plans

• Ability to analyze data to make performance improvements

• Strong understanding of account management and a track record of owning targeted, personalized outreach campaigns

• HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite systems experience

As a machine learning engineer you’ll be building the critical infrastructure for the open financial system — tapping into a variety of large data sources such as the blockchain — to provide millions of people access to crypto while detecting and preventing bad actors. The Data Platform team builds and operates systems to centralize all of Coinbase’s internal and third-party data, making it easy for teams across the company to access, process, and transform that data for analytics, machine learning, and powering end-user experiences. Coinbase’s Trading Execution Services team provides real-time product and operational support to our Trading Business. Team members are at the front lines of helping institutional clients trade, margin and custody cryptocurrency trades. They ensure our trading systems are always fully operational from a treasury and counterparty credit perspective. Please note, this role will be remote, working in the UK timezone.

• Establish procedures and perform appropriate controls (including cash, digital asset and collateral reconciliations), while exercising good judgment in managing risk and following escalation procedures.

Who You Are:

Working as part of the FP&A team, you will be on the frontlines of maintaining and developing financial models for our various business units – with a focus on trading.  These models feed management reporting whose audience includes individual traders/teams and company executives.
