What you'll do

    • Review and finalize draft regulatory reports. Ensure these are accurately done and timely submitted to the concerned government regulatory unit, usually BSP. 
    • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to secure the adequate and appropriate data necessary for regulatory reporting
    • Keeping abreast of the regulatory changes and translation them into easy to understand policies and guidelines for easy consumption of the company
    • Checks and cascades gap analysis and subsequently update the internal manuals and procedures
    • Assist in creating and enforcing a control framework for Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC) and other relevant laws and regulations
    • Coordinate regulatory compliance procedures to the necessary stakeholders, within and outside of the company
    • Checks regulatory-related internal memos prior to the issuance

The Core Cryptography org provides the building blocks that deliver state of the art crypto forward technology, cryptographic primitives and services that power Coinbase and our customers to create and deliver new crypto products and service offerings.  As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be joining the team that delivers highly-secure, scalable crypto signing platforms and owns/manages the lifecycle of a key on behalf of Coinbase customers, both retail and institutional.

  • Architect and develop distributed crypto systems and platforms that are responsible for storing hundreds of billions of dollars securely. 
  • Design and build our next-gen Hot Wallet and Cold Storage platform offerings.

Responsibilities:

    • Growing affiliate network: partnerships with YouTubers, athletes, media and influencers
    • Negotiations, onboarding and paperwork if needed
    • Managing key accounts: regular communication with affiliates, analysing their performance and offering recommendations on how to improve
    • Creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
    • Building reports using internal data and optimising overall affiliate channel performance

Requirements:

    • Interest in the crypto space, understanding basic terminology
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Minimum professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
    • Fluency in a second language is an added advantage
