What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 10+ years of experience working with data architects, including 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • A track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact

    • Full-stack experience and ability to contribute to both frontend (Vue, Vuex, Nuxt, service workers, PWA) and backend (NodeJS, Adonis/SailsJS/Nest/Loopback or equivalent structured framework, Yarn, Postgres, GraphQL, Redis, memcached) systems
    • Strong familiarity architecting within Unix / Linux operating environments and general command-line knowledge including Docker and ECS
    • Deep technical skill with frontend technologies (SASS, LESS,  Bootstrap utilities, TailwindCss or other similar)
    • Experience with git in a collaborative environment such as Github. 
    • Experience using code reviews and pair programming within the Agile Development lifecycle

Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the team:

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will join the Performance marketing team, and report to the team lead to support Parity’s mission by developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. As part of the Marketing department, the Performance team is a small unit of highly specialised marketers applying their skills to promote Polkadot and the Web3 vision.

About the position:

  • Develop and manage the execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote Polkadot, the Web3 vision, and support user acquisition.
  • Coordinate the different teams (e.g. web designer, media buyer, copywriters…) to ensure campaigns are launched on time and with the highest level of quality possible.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns are effective and relevant.
  • Manage relationships with company stakeholders, such as Business Development, Events and Product Marketing teams as well as contractors.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of lead-generation activities to support events, webinars and other business initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to business development and other teams on digital marketing best practices and tools.
  • Streamline workflows to improve team productivity.

Qualification and Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing campaign management experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritise, communicate, and function in a small team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Creativity and a passion for innovation in marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Experience with lead generation and lead management processes.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and messaging.
  • Fluent in English.
