What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties) 

  • Lead the development and execution of the vendor management strategy for PST (People Success Team) and uplift the overall organization capability on vendor management. 
  • Deliver scalable solutions and run strategic/operational initiatives across the globe to evolve and transform service delivery through the vendors.
  • Responsible for the relationship, service, contract and performance management of key service providers within PST. 
  • Work with the COEs to ensure key activities, like workforce planning, budgeting activities, continuous improvement and training etc., are continuously examined.  
  • Drive quality, cost & productivity improvement programs. Drive supplier management governance including business reviews and push transformational innovation across our vendor base.
  • Maintain the PST view of compliance standards and the risk mitigation roadmap for next 6 to 12 months for the entire HR Vendor base of Coinbase. Proactively contact PST CoEs should there be any change in guideline requiring adherence to. 
  • Coordinate the access management process for onboarding of new and established suppliers and offboarding on time for termed suppliers. 
  • Partner and collaborate with cross functional teams within PST and more broadly in Coinbase, including Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Finance etc.
  • Build a small team of deep experts in commercial management, risk & compliance and reporting and deliver these services across PST. 
  • Build networks in the industry, stay abreast with latest outsourcing models and engage comfortably at an executive level with external vendor companies. 
  • Communicate and evangelize initiatives with senior management and the broader organization

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

  • 10+ years vendor strategy or operations experience at a Global scale
  • Proven success record of managing multiple and large-scale Vendors across various locations
  • Experience in risk management, including privacy, security and legal requirements of Vendors
  • Ability to manage remote teams and work across multiple time zones
  • Ability to develop and motivate a high-functioning team
  • Ability to drive scalability, reliability, quality & compliance in the relationships owned by you
  • Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities…

  • Define and run developer existing & new community programs for Bacalhau. Use data and insights to drive key developer outreach decisions. Explore how to best leverage acquisition channels and execute community growth campaigns

International Tax Director

What you’ll do 👀

  • The position will be responsible for global tax planning, providing international tax support to Moonpay new products and initiatives, overseeing international tax compliance and provision and supporting tax policy advocacy.

About the role:GSR is looking for an experienced Trader to join our busy and dynamic OTC trading team on a full-time basis. This role has been created due to expansion and high volumes of trading. This role will be an integral part of the firm’s Trading and Business Development team and will work with other members of staff across the globe.

The role responsibilities include:

    • Execute trades across a broad spectrum of cryptocurrencies, including spot, derivatives and DeFi contracts, additionally help manage the central risk book, engaging in proactive hedging.
    • Quickly and accurately price and quote vanilla options and more complex exotic options and structured products.
    • Ensure correct booking of all trades and providing day-to-day trading operations and accounting support when needed.
    • Work directly with other quant traders and researchers to gain market knowledge and expertise.
    • Work with a variety of internal teams from sales, trading operations, legal, and management teams to support delivery of business development projects and pipeline.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of GSR’s service offerings and client base.
    • Communicate closely with other teams on varying workflow initiatives and trades.
    • GSR retains the right to reasonably change your responsibilities based on location and regulatory requirements.

Who we are looking for:

    • You will  be a disciplined self-starter with a high degree of motivation, analytical rigour and attention to detail. With a passion for communication and critical thinking. 
    • At least 2 – 5 years trading experience at a bank, hedge fund or proprietary trading firm.
    • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Previous trading experience is required, and knowledge of cryptocurrency.
    • Experience with Python, Linux, and Jupyter Notebooks is desirable but not required.
    • Must be a resilient and disciplined self-starter with a significant degree of analytical rigour and attention to detail.
