Responsibilities:

    • Work in a regional team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service that is compliant and able to provide best user experience

    • Track and analyze key user metrics to form feedback loop for continuous improvements

Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Finance or Technology industry
    • Candidates who has strong experience in local market KYC process is a huge advantage
    • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize
    • Logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks

The Opportunity

    • Client Interaction: Handle frontline client interactions through phone support and chat, prioritizing swift issue resolution and exceptional client care

    • Performance Excellence: Attain performance targets established by your Team Lead/Supervisor, aligning with Kraken’s overarching objectives

    • Ongoing Support: Engage in regular one-on-one video sessions and coaching with your Team Lead.

    • Client Support Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing phone support, email, and or instant messaging support to clients
    • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Development and management of El Salvador compliance policies and processes
    • Ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in a risk, fraud, compliance, AML or regulatory function, experience working with any regulated financial services business in legal or compliance roles preferred
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations
    • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to provide useful and efficient counsel
    • Good understanding in performing risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence
    • Curious to learn independently and confident to ask question to achieve the best results
    • Proficiency in compliance applications and programms
    • Carry out the necessary studies to ensure compliance with the regulations and to provide necessary communication and coordination with FIU
    • Proactive and self-oriented, diligent team player An advanced English level is a mandatory
